The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge so there are no ferry schedules to worry about. It's spacious (1800 square ft) with a full size kitchen and regular size appliances (frig, stove, microwave and dishwasher). King size bed in a large bedroom that includes tv and sitting space. Very large living space with queen size sleeper sofa, another tv over gas fireplace. There is a formal dining space with china hutch. Decor is all French Country farmhouse style, which is why I call it Belle Vue. Indoor hot tub and sauna next to bathroom that includes shower and washer and dryer. Covered deck overlooking Skagit Bay. Owner pays for Water, Electricity, Gas and Internet. Owner will dispose of Gargage on an as needed basis but Renter to bag all garbage. Recycle bin located on property. Maximum 2 cars parking in private driveway. Maximum 2 pets allowed. No smoking. Cleaning fee of $160 at time of move out. Property on septic system so no grease or chemicals down drains. Composting on property. Hot tub maintenance required by tenant or can allow property owner access to maintain.
