I have loved living here and I'm only moving out because I am moving to California! It's literally 4 minutes driving to the monuments and memorials. Despite it's location on the Pike, it's very quiet since it's in a residential zone. Less than 10 minute walk to a huge development of bars, restaurants, and shopping. Dozens of bus lines serve the pike, including several that take you straight to metro stations (5 min by bus). New windows, convectors, and gas range.
