Two rooms for rent: Minimum three months. Hablo espanol. Three bedroom cape cod with one bath in a quiet neighborhood. Good size rooms. Good size yard. A lot of work has been done to inside of home. Owner will continue to upgrade the home with as little disturbance to roommates as possible. I, the owner, keep a room in the house for when I am in town for work, but that isn't very often so most of the time it will just be the tenants in the home. PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: I am renting out two rooms, three month minimum. I live in the house but not full time, so I don't want to leave it empty for long periods of time. I have done a lot of work on the house and will continue to fix it up but the inside is ready to be lived in. It is partially furnished. The rent will include all utilities and use of the furnishings already inside. It is on street parking and there is plenty of space. I won't be around much. I am in my 40s. I am a professional and like to have a cute place. It would be ideal to perhaps find two others who also traveled a lot for work or didn't live full time in Jacksonville, but I will consider anyone. I need roommates who are tidy, respectful, and have preferably lived with roommates before. I will ask for a reference from a previous roommate and a background check.
