During Snowbird Season from January to May, we have a well-organized set of social activities including bocce ball, shuffleboard, pickleball, bingo, card games, water aerobics, etc. In addition, we have a well-equipped workout room. Our pool is heated to 85 degrees. Other common area amenities include a hot tub, sauna, tennis court, very nice beach walkover, and gorgeous, large semi-private beach. Our condo shares a 2-car garage with a neighbor. The garage is nicely located just across from the walkway not far from the elevator. As close as you can get when living in a condo! Extra! - Our home is Alexa enabled with smart lights. All Bedrooms and Living room respond to "Lights on/off" commands. Sounds techy but you will never have argue about who gets up to turn the light on or off. The lights are also multi-color so you can set the color to match your mood. You'll love it!!
