We have three rooms available for rent in which it will be a shared space with other tenants who are already living in the house. We have the master bedroom if you want to be private and have a private bathroom in the bedroom and it is very spacious and newly renovated. We have two other rooms that are the same sizes and they are spacious as well. We are looking for tenants who are willing to live with others. Lease terms are based on one year basis and tenants are able to renew it. No smoking in the house because it is a shareable house. Utilities cost are shared by tenants and it includes $225 for Solar Panels. Cats are allowed and it should be only one. All damages incurred to the house will be payable or a liability by the tenant. Tenants will need to have a background check before moving in or signing the contract. Only tenants are able to sleep in the house (Friends and family can come over but won't be able to sleep over). Tenants needs to keep the place clean. It should be noted that it will be a shareable kitchen and garage. The house has a great backyard to hold small parties with the consent of other tenants.
