The property is close to downtown (8 minutes), the freeway (less than 5), and the airport (8 minutes). It includes high-end kitchen appliances and washer/dryer (Electrolux/Bosch), which makes life a little easier. The backyard is a little oasis with string lights, a comfortable patio set, garden boxes if you chose to use, bamboo for privacy and mature raspberry plants. There is a fun new spot less than a mile down Latah with a great ice cream shop, coffee shop and restaurant! Ride your bike or walk around the neighborhood or to the big park (Ann Morrison Park) downtown. My goal is that you want for nothing, and that it feels like a home away from home. All utilities, including high speed Internet and landscaping/yard work are paid for by owner. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property. No pets allowed on the property. There is parking out front (off-street) for 2 vehicles or there is a detached 2 car garage at the rear of the house. Rent is month to month, but tenant must give 30 days notice before leaving. Tenant will be responsible for taking out the trash and recylcing weekly (Sunday evening). Automatic water will be set for the landscaping.
