Use to be for seniors only, now all are welcomed. Condo is in a gated community, which makes it pretty safe. And although it is a one bedroom unit it is very spacious with walk in closets that can accommodate a Queen size or a King size bed. It has 8 windows that can be opened in the fall, winter and spring. I am selling unit with a couch, a sideboard and an etagere. They are painted and are antiques. Also a painted dining room table with 4 chairs. My neighbors are lovely people and are always helpful. It is a corner unit with a nice garden in front although I am on the second floor I enjoy the morning sun. Only selling because I will be moving to another state. Condo has a new stove, new air conditioner and an almost new refrigerator. Also my bathroom was renovated and I put in a new water heater last year.
