I have a room in Los Feliz/Hollywood area. It's a 2bd2ba available now. It's a super chill and beautiful walkable area right near the entrance of Griffith observatory. It's a great and easy hike so nice location for nature lovers. The unit is an incredibly spacious layout with a lot of natural light. Bedroom has view of Hollywood sign.The building is a cute 60s condo complex with lovely detail from that time. I love this place so much for those reasons it's just so beautiful, calming, and homey. The neighbors are pretty lowkey and friendly too with some dogs, people and families of all age ranges. I really love this building and am hoping to find someone kind and respectful to share the unit with. I have a cat too so would love someone who loves animals and isn't allergic! Looking to lease asap so lmk:) 6-12m lease available
