Rent is $872 + utilities (female only) The unit is on the top floor in a quiet, gated property with 10ft ceilings, a walk-in closet, a pool/lake view, spacious 1155 sq. ft., wood floors (new carpet in bedrooms), modern kitchen, in-unit laundry, patio, 2 pools/hot tubs, nature preserve, gym, tennis court, sand volleyball court, pet-friendly property, etc. The shared living space is furnished. The private bed and bath are unfurnished. There is one friendly cat in the apartment. Please let me know if you're interested. It's a 12 month lease. Utilities would be split evenly between the both of us. It's the same with the internet (about $15 per person). There's no parking fees and there's always plenty of spots available. If you have a pet, there's a pet fee through the property, like everywhere else. You would apply with the property and get approved through them. There's an online payment portal for rent/utilities.
