Spacious basement apartment of my home. Two bed rooms, one bathroom. Separate entry with your own washer and dryer. Includes a full kitchen and living room. Things to note: I only have one water and electric meter and the thermostat is upstairs. It tends to stay cool, but I have provided safe heaters for each room. AC in the summer hasn't been an issue since it stays cool. I have a 24lb dog and a young child. You will hear some foot traffic from upstairs. I do my best to keep him quiet until 8am. Rental includes water and electric. Quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am.
