Washer and dryer on site. Driveway for parking. Lease is month-to-month plus $50 for utilities (so total rent each month=$950). Rental deposit is 1st & last months rent & tenant must complete a background check. Our house is 15 miles from downtown Seattle, 4 miles from downtown Edmonds, and 1.5 miles from Edmonds Community College. Looking for a quiet, responsible roommate, preferably around 21-35yo; non-cigarette smoker; no pets.
