The cabin sits on a dead end road across from a flower farm and just down from a blueberry farm, it feels like your own little slice of heaven, but is only a 7 minute drive to downtown Monroe. This cabin is truly rustic and we would love tenants who want that lifestyle. There are wall mounted heaters but using the wood burning fireplace is the main heating. There are two small bedrooms with a jack and Jill bathroom, the bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower. The cabin has a living area, dining area and kitchen, along with a mud room and additional loft space for storage/living. Looking for long-term renters. The cabin has a septic system and is on a well for water. Utilities are not included, renters must set up their own Electricity, internet, and garbage service. Pets are on a case by case basis. Plenty of parking space. There is currently no washer/dryer on the premises. We would like the tenants to upkeep the property, mow the yard (riding mower provided) etc.
