The top floor bathroom's shower, toilet, and tub are separate from the double sink/vanity area (so more people can use it at the same time). There is another bathroom in close proximity (on the middle floor just at the bottom of the staircase). The laundry room being on the same floor as this bedroom means there is no need to lug laundry up and down stairs. The bottom floor has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a storage space for large items like snowboards, bikes, and suitcases. The middle floor is the common living area, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, open-space dining room area, and a balcony.
