Sliding glass door opens to nice sized back deck, and backyard has good southern exposure with plenty of gardening space and a chicken coop. Dining area has built in shelves. Pull down stairs to attic is great storage area. Home needs some cosmetic repairs but does have laminate flooring throughout the living/dining/kitchen area. Kitchen has all appliances including a dishwasher! Be careful on front deck.
