Please note that I will not allow the property to be used as a storage yard or supply yard for business. Parking must be on designated concrete areas (there is plenty of parking). There is a shed in back as well for you to use for storage such as bicycles etc. The house is located on Redding but the drive way is on Peach halfway between Main and Ranchero. Ranchero has been widened to a 4 lane road most of the way from the 15 freeway to the street on which the house is located.
