Hello! I will be traveling from July 10-September 18th and am offering up my bedroom for a month-to-month sublet. It's in a large 1920s Spanish-style two bedroom apartment in Hollywood near Franklin Village. Walking distance from markets, restaurants, UCB, coffee spots and only a 10-20 min drive from the valley, West Hollywood, Echo Park, and downtown. This is a prime location in Hollywood-- not in the middle of it but not too far from the action either. Preferably looking to rent it the whole time. About the space: 1 private bedroom/ shared common spaces and bathroom with roommate Large bedroom pretty much furnished as seen in the picture with queen sized bed, dresser, desk, chair, etc. I will be using one side of the closet for storage but there will be ample closet space for you. Apartment features hard wood flooring throughout, a large vaulted living room with an HD projector (HBO GO, Netflix, Amazon, etc), a large balcony, dining room w/ full size table, tiled kitchen, and a fire escape balcony. The courtyard is incredibly peaceful with two ponds and a large lawn area. There's coin laundry on the premises and the maid will clean your room and wash your clothes every two weeks. Street parking only. Because the building is so old there is no central air so gotta creative with fans! You would share the apartment with 1 male, 32 yrs old. Creative director for a startup and graphic designer. Works hard but finds time for socializing too. $1300 per month/ $400 per week. Sorry no couples and (likely) no pets.
