1-Year Lease Term. This lease is for a term of 12 months and begins on the agreed-upon move-in date. Utilities & Lawn Care. Tenant is responsible for payment of all utilities associated with the property, including but not limited to electricity, water, gas, sewer, trash, internet, and cable. Tenant is also responsible for maintaining the lawn and yard, including regular mowing, watering, and general upkeep. All utilities must be transferred into the tenant's name within five (5) business days of the lease start date. No Pets Policy. Pets are not allowed on or inside the premises under any circumstances.
