The room comes furnished with a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, a large architect's table/desk and chair plus a floor lamp and bookshelves. The overall apartment includes access to a fully equipped kitchen plus dining room. Also included in the rent is 500 Mps high speed internet and wi-fi. I've lived here a really long time because the location is superb. I work from home as a commodity futures trader in a separate office off the living room. I have to be ready to trade at 6:30 am but it's very quite if you sleep in. The only extra cost is one utility bill from the LA DWP and we split that 50/50. The average bills are about $80 each every two months. Non-smokers and non-vapers only please, no pets and sorry, but it's just for one person. $1550/mo. + $1550 for refundable security deposit.
