We rented this place when they had a super discount (middle of December because nobody wants to move in December besides us :) ) so it is definitely the cheapest price you'll find for the complex. This price INCLUDES an attached garage (usually an extra $100 a month). Its a great place we just have been relocated to Michigan. Master fits a queen and two nightstands with plenty of room and the guest has room for a nightstand and a full. It has a HUGE walk in closet in the master. There is a wrap around L shaped patio with enough space for a small patio set (we may be willing to sell the one there since it just fits perfectly) and a full gas grill. If you're interested in buying the grey couches (not the super cute throw pillows) let me know too-- I don't feel like dragging them down the stairs! The move in day is a little bit flexible as well.
