I have loved this apartment but due to changes at work I will be moving out of state and need to sublet this apartment, hopefully to someone who loves it just add much as me. I worked from home and since I spent all day at my home office it was important that I was close to great restaurants, local neighborhood parks, etc. There is FREE WIFI in the building that is very fast and convenient. I have used since it was added and it's been great. This is a beautiful 1 BR in a popular building: one block from 606 entrance & the park. There is tons of light in every room. It's really a quiet neighborhood, just off the boulevard but a short walk down the block to great eats and drinks. New renovation in kitchen & bath. All the appliances are brand new. It's a cool mix of old and new/restored pieces like the built in mantle. In-building laundry uses a card so no quarters. Stainless Steel Appliances including: Dishwasher, Microwave and refrigerator. Heat, water, trash/recycling paid by landlord. This is a 6 mos sublease with option to renew.
