A private back yard and a nice wooded view with no homes behind me, but nice neighbors too. A deck off the kitchen to watch wildlife play and a fireplace to warm me on a cold winter's day... Oh, and natural gas too, please, to keep utility costs low, and a yard for our snowman to stand in the snow... A place to entertain family and friends: a large finished basement to a patio extends, with quality perks so the fun never ends... I'd love to be able to stay home and work, so a main level office is also a perk. Just a few more things Santa, and happy I'll be... a kitchen with gas stove and a double oven, you see, all will gather at our house for food, fun and laughter.
