We are looking for renters for November 15th! We have a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome located in Orem near UVU. Our townhome is in amazing condition and has been well maintained! We are smoke-free and pet-free. All appliances included: - fridge/freezer - dishwasher - stove/oven - microwave - washer & dryer - water softener - water purifier It also includes a Ring security doorbell and a fully fenced backyard for privacy. The main floor includes the kitchen, family room, half bath, storage under the stairs, and a 2 car garage (with optional extra storage space). The carpet has an extra thick pad and is only a few years old. So it's very soft! All of the wall outlets have child safety features built into them. Most of the kitchen cabinets have child safety locks on them as well. We are willing to leave them there upon your request. We added extra cabinets in the kitchen to give more storage space. The 2 car attached garage is able to hold both of our cars comfortably with tools, bikes, and other stuff as well. The mechanical room is located in the garage with a water heater, water softener, and some additional storage space. The 2nd floor has all 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room, and a linen closet. The master bedroom is very large with a walk-in closet, a bathroom that includes 2 sinks, a walk-in shower, a jetted tub, a toilet, and another small linen closet. One of our bedrooms has a paneled decorative wall. All of the tile flooring and carpet in the house will be professionally cleaned before renters move in. The air ducts are scheduled to be cleaned at the end of October. This is a fantastic house with all of the extra features, it's easy to make it a home. Bonus: For a small additional fee we will leave the large hanging storage unit in the garage as well as a shed in the backyard to give you a ton of extra storage space.
