Hello there! I am sadly leaving my amazing apartment at the end of June. My three amazing roommates/friends are in search of a fourth to join the awesome space that we have in the heart of Wicker Park. About the space: This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. About 3,000 sq. feet. 2 floors. Your room is on the first floor and you'll be sharing a bathroom with one other girl. The first floor has a kitchen, dining and living area as well as a sunroom. The second floor has a beautiful spacious loft, great for working out/yoga/entertaining/hosting fam & friends, 2 other bedrooms and a sunroom with roof access! The roof is AMAZING, especially in the summertime with a great view of Chicago! Rent is $900/month. You will be subletting, but only from July 1 until August 31 once the lease renews. You will have the option to renew or not at that point. About the location: You will be a 5 minute walk to the Damen blue line stop and right off of Milwaukee Avenue which is full of trendy restaurants and bars. We are right across the street from the park and dog park. About the roommates: Super fun group of girls. We love to entertain/go out on the weekends or just lay low and have a glass of wine. During the week, we all work 9-5's and lay pretty low while meal prepping and hitting the gym or just chilling! We are all super welcoming and love to make new friends. Pet friendly apartment.
