Our place has been designed to be exceptionally quiet, comfortable and relaxing. We're close to the creative communities of Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz and DTLA, but exist as the perfect antidote for the bustle of LA. We're located on a west-facing hillside in Silver Lake, so you can enjoy sunsets every night over the Hollywood sign and the hills. We're a close walk to Sunset Blvd, Sunset Junction, Fountain Ave and the best restaurants, shops and amenities that Silver Lake has to offer. The home is fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen, Bertazonni stove and spa-like bath. There's a washer and dryer and extra storage on site, great AC and heating. There's a custom built couch from a tree we unfortunately had to cut down on property, a very comfortable bed and mattress (or bring your own). There's a patio behind the cottage for entertaining. Street parking only, but generally plenty available without any restrictions or cleaning. Rate includes furnishings, water and trash, but gas and electric to be paid by tenant. 12 Month and then month-to-month, or we can discuss something custom.
