This property is located in Old Town, known as a charming, safe and quiet neighborhood with the main street for shopping and restaurants just a 5-10 minute walk away. Utilities included include WiFi, power, water, garbage Owner pays all utilities. Tenant is not responsible for upkeep of the outdoor area. No smoking.
