Plus you have 4 beds and that makes it great for families with kids. House comes with standard builder appliances only - microwave, oven, dishwasher. You can bring in your own refrigerator, washer/dryer and hook it up. Solar powered and brand new safety features in the house. Prime neighborhood with great neighbors and walkable distance to community park and other amenities. All other shopping areas and freeway access is less than 5 miles away which makes it a prime spot to live at. Renter pays for all utilities (water, electricity, gas, sewer/trash etc.) Solar is hooked up as part of the builder package, so that should be energy saver. However owner does not have any details on estimated bills since that depends on the renter. Pets are allowed. But there will be extra $100 per month if you have pets. All damages created by pet will have to be covered by renter. This is a new home and we really want to keep it as neat and clean as possible. Application Process Complete the zillow credit rental application for each adult living in the home (18YRS of age and older) --Proof of income(for each adult who will be residing in the property): --1 month recent pay stubs, W2 for 2021, and 2020 for all applicants -- IF SELF-EMPLOYED or Independent Contractor - 2 Years Most Recent Federal Tax Returns (ALL PAGES) 2021 & 2020 and a Year-To-Date Profit and Loss Statement (No exceptions) --If receiving Social Security Income or SDI provide award letters --Copy of Valid Drivers License or Identification --To be considered for Rental: --Verifiable Rental History if renting from a PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY or 12 months minimum canceled checks if renting from a private owner (NO EXCEPTIONS) --If a current homeowner, no mortgage late payments --Verifiable Work History --4 Credible References --Household income (gross) should be 3 times the amount of rent and other expenses. --No late payments in the most recent 24 months --No unreconciled or outstanding collections --Letter of explanation for any derogatory credit outside of 24 months --Non-occupant applicants/co-signors will not be considered --All subject to owner review & approval * Please use this sheet as a check-off list to ensure all items are submitted. Incomplete applications with missing documentation will not be considered.
