Hello there, I am looking for a few students, Masters or PhD preferred, who are going to UD. I have three rooms available in a newly updated Madison house and it's gorgeous and clean. The bathroom is a spiffy white and grey as is the new kitchen. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, range and large fridge. Each room comes with a bed and dresser with a closet as well. The master has two closets. Rooms upstairs have ceiling fans to help with air circulation. It has a washer and dryer in unit. Last but not least, there is FREE PARKING, including off street parking. This is really rare in Newark. Since the home has been redone, all the furniture in the unit will be new or gently used. Utilities are not included and average around $100-$110 per month split between tenants. The neighborhood is less than a mile from University of Delaware. A six minute walk from the back door is the West Loop bus that runs into Smith Hall every 30 minutes. (Photos show the house with no furniture but it will be delivered in the next week.) The lease will run from August 15th, 2026 to August 14, 2027. I ask for a deposit, first and last month rent and a utility/key deposit. Utilities are around $100-110 a month though they will be lower in fall and spring and higher in winter and summer. There are unrelated tenants so there is a rotating cleaning schedule to keep common areas clean.
