Gas, electric, window air conditioning, laundry, and off street parking (with vehicle size limitation) included in the rent. Large (65 square foot) basement store room also included. Wood floors throughout. Newer kitchen cabinets and appliances including a full size dishwasher. Lots of windows. Great neighbors. Also, due to location of this apartment with no neighbors above or adjacent essentially there are no common walls so minimal noise transmission; should be quiet. Long term property owner. High walk, transit and bike scores. Home is across from Summit Park, a short walk to the Capitol, Xcel Center, United and Children's Hospitals, Grand and Selby Avenue shops and restaurants. No smoking or pets permitted in building. We do not participate in Section 8 program. Listed rent is for single occupancy. Additional persons result in a charge to cover extra costs incurred by owner for utilities, laundry, etc. This property is in the Cathedral Hill / Summit Hill neighborhood and just up the hill from downtown St. Paul and walking distance to Ramsey Hill and Crocus Hill neighborhoods.
