On the lower level, you will find a second fully sized kitchen. Enjoy an entertainment-rich game room complete with two arcade games, shuffleboard, and ping pong. Child-friendly amenities like a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware are also available. This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance and no pet fee. The garage at this property is not accessible for renters. This property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property. A dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi is available for when duty calls.
