Students or working professionals whom love dogs welcomed! I have one furnished room with tv and large closet for rent in a quiet gated community near the Atwater Golf Course. Upstairs hallway full bathroom is occasionally shared with guests when they are in town (rare). Laundry also upstairs, you provide your own detergent/supplies as well as all toiletries. Kitchen and inside Refrigerator space is limited, but the garage fridge is pretty spacious. No curry or strong smelling foods cooked inside (I am highly sensitive to strong smells) and vent should be used when cooking. There is a BBQ outside if you provide your own propane though. Trash duties shared. Plenty of dishes/pots/pans etc. No space for extra sets of dishes/pots/pans, some top shelf space for personal items and dry goods etc though. There is one space in the driveway for parking a small car, larger vehicles will need to park in an available spot or outside of the gate as I have an SUV and park in the garage. Very QUIET neighborhood, no loud music, no parties, guests should be extremely limited. Internet included. No Bitcoin mining. During hot months utilities may be higher than $150, but most months it is stable. Initial deposit return will deduct professional cleaning services once your stay is complete, typically around $100. Month to month okay. I have two larger golden fur babies, both around 4 years old. Occasionally may ask you to fill up the food or water / give treats :) when I have to work out of town, must like dogs (seriously). I will ask to video chat prior to house visit.
