This is a good opportunity to live with a clean, responsible, and easy going roommate at the beach. Attached pictures will show you layout of the place and what it has to offer. Don't worry, the previous tenant is the lava lamp lover and I didn't have her leave those :) Just to confirm appliances in the photos there is an in-unit washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. The apartment will be unfurnished. Common area also has storage space we can share. I expect a solid individual to come in and be respectful to the spaces that he/she renting. For example, please don't burn the place down if you light a fire. Not that hard right? My preference is to get a good feel for my potential roommate in person, so schedule a time to come by and check out the spot. Move-in timeframe is the third weekend of June (flexible). Sorry no residing pets or intense dance parties beyond when the Patriots score touchdowns.
