Sorry, but absolutely NO ANIMALS are allowed (again sorry.) The house is located within walking distance to WALMART and various restaurants. $1,300/month and a refundable security deposit of $1,300 unless you have Unpaid rent or if you damage our property (so, $2,600 to move in). Also, utilities are NOT included.
