     A contemporary home located across the street from Upper Long Lake that reflects the unique design of the original architect/owner. Completely remodeled (2012-2015)-new exterior hardieplank, new kitchen, dining/living room, game room, zen garden, driveway, and pool surround with pavers and brick paver deck off doorwalls and new furnances, air conditioning and hot water tank. The room looks out to the pool through a wall of very large glass patio sliding doors.  The pool is also accessible via patio doors in the family room and the third bedroom.   The patio doors act as picture frames for the pool and the surrounding woodland of hardwoods and evergreens.  The house is located on a 0.77 acre woodland which is very pleasing aesthetically and creates a feeling of privacy.  The overall impression is not unlike that of a resort in Northern Michigan.The pool measures 16 x 34 (544 sq. ft.).  It is surrounded by a 1,564 sq. ft. pool deck. The pool deck connects to a slightly elevated second deck area (350 sq.ft.) that is adjacent to the house and is accessible from the patio doors ofthe living room and family room. At the front of the home, there is a 198 sq. ft. room (bedroom) with an outside entrance.   The room features a window wall of glassfacing south, slate floor, and a spiral stairway to the master suite on the west side of the house.  Originally intended to be utilized as an exercise room, it could also be an artist studio, a library, an office, a fourth bedroom, etc.  This home includes dock and lake privileges on Upper Long Lake.
