Ceiling has R30 insulation and walls are 3.5 inch closed ce;; foam, floors are R19 with double pane low E windows. This makes IT VERY EASILY HEATED AND COOLED. All water lines are pex and drains are 2 inch so no vapor lock. There are lots of outlets in every room so no need for extension cords ( never trip breakers). The back deck and pool makes summer a lil nicer, grilling on the 12x24 deck and floating in the 12x24 pool.
