The bathroom and kitchen were gutted and remodeled when I moved in. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and new cabinets with plenty of storage. Bathroom was also redone and has a great vanity with large drawers. There is a front closet for coats and shoes and the bedroom closet is walk in. The living room is large and the bedroom can fit a queen bed with room for a dresser and nightstand. I have the dinning room set up as an office currently but I had a dinning table with four chairs there and it fit well. The location cannot be beat and in on a quiet street but easy walking to everything, including the train and buses. There is also easy permitted street parking with the option to rent covered parking on the back. Laundry is downstairs but this unit has super easy access to it. There's also a large storage locked in the basement. Dogs and cats allowed and no weight limit. Renter is responsible for electric, gas and internet. Sublease must start beginning or August with option to renew lease starting July 2023. Serious inquiries only please.
