We custom-built this home in 2010 with architect Kenneth Moholt-Siebert and builder Ethan Beck. We use the main-level bedroom as an office / music studio with the other three bedrooms on the top floor. We have a nine-foot pool table, small wet bar, and desk in the basement, which is technically a fifth bedroom as it has a closet and egress. Our master bedroom has a yoga loft with skylight, a walk-in closet, an arts and crafts closet, and a small coffee / tea nook with an insta-hot faucet and sink. We also have an electric car plug-in in our garage, and the solar array on our south-facing roof takes care of 100 percent of our electricity needs throughout the summer months. A June 2016 appraisal put our home at $725,000.
