This villa is pet-friendly and equipped for both short and extended stays, with a washer and dryer, and self check-in with a smart lock. Guests also have resort access, offering the option to enjoy nearby shared facilities during their stay. The driveway has (2) designated parking spots, and an extra vehicle can be parked in the overflow parking lot around the corner. Propane for the BBQ grill is not included and guests are responsible for purchasing it if needed. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed (3) per reservation. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
