LONG TERM RENTAL: The house is available for rental from November 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026 its a good rental price because we'll be leaving 1 boat in the garage. The renter will still have enough room for 1 car to park in it. The extra room "casita" not attach to the house will be closed not for rent. The main house has the 2 beds 2 full baths, has a pool & spa outside. It comes with a covered RV parking with full hook ups. NO smoking. NO pets. We do require a background check with the initial application. There is a one time fee that can range from $50 to $150 depending on service fee required. Snowbirds vacation home away from home. Owner/landlord pays for cable, wifi, water, trash and pool maintenance. Renter has $100 credit per month for electricity then any excess will be billed to the renter. Deposit of $2200 is required and refundable at the end of the lease/rent, if no services or repairs that need to be done with the house. NO pets or smoking allowed. Tenant is required to maintain the cleanliness, sanitary and habitable condition of the house. A cleaning checklist will be provided on the last month of renting and professional cleaning fees will be deducted if needed with the deposit.
