Available for move in now is a newly renovated entire private floor, with a large private living room, bedroom, and walk in closet. There are two (male) roommates who live in the house, so the kitchen and bathroom are shared, but the house is big and the layout is spaced out such that each roommate has plenty of privacy and room for themselves. There are two brand new rugs and a cozy loveseat available to you if you want to use them, and a brand new hard wood floor that was put in last month. We have a dedicated parking lot for free off-street parking year round, free laundry machines, and free strong WIFI. Cats are welcome as long as they would get along with one other cat on the lower floor. We are comfortable with cannabis users, but prefer someone who is not alcoholic or a heavy drinker. A month to month or a six month lease can be worked out, with a security deposit of $800 due upon move in either way. If you move in mid month we can pro rate the cost of rent for that month. We split gas and electric three ways, so utilities end up being anywhere between $100-$200 per month, per person depending on the season. No cigarettes or candles allowed inside the house, lease can be negotiated and worked out as a month to month lease or longer, depending on what is best for you.. security deposit is due regardless of the lease length, and at least thirty days notice is required for move out.
