That has been great...Also, they are very pet friendly! Only $10/mo per pet and NO pet deposit!The $618 does not include utilities so depending on the month, I would add an extra $50-$70 dollars for that. All depends on how much you use your AC/heat.The lease goes through July 26th 2015.We love this apartment complex and did a LOT of searching beforehand to find something like this.
