My wife and I are showing our unit for our landlord and this unit will be available November 1st. The apartment complex has 4 units and all neighbors know each other and get along. We have lived in the unit for 13 years and landlord is great! You get a lot of sunlight and you are only 2 Blocks from the beach. I work from home and am able to show it anytime.
