We have a three bedroom one bath it's been fully remodeled everything is new including sheet rock. New *Solar power so electric should be very minimal which is great in the desert. No credit needed we do worry about rental evictions or criminal convictions in some cases. Pets are welcome with fee and pet rent. With solar panels the electric should be minimal and the renter pays 100 per month water sewer garbage
