Bins shall not be left at the curb or visible from the street outside of approved collection times, in compliance with local ordinances. 4. Missed Pickups: In the event of a missed pickup due to Tenant error (e.g., bins not placed on time, incorrect placement), the Tenant may be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of any necessary extra pickups. 5. Compliance with Local Regulations: The Tenant must comply with all applicable local, city, or county rules regarding trash disposal, recycling, and bin storage. Fines or penalties resulting from non-compliance shall be the responsibility of the Tenant. 6. Prohibited Materials: The Tenant shall not dispose of hazardous materials, bulky items, or any prohibited substances in the trash or recycling bins.
