Open concept living area featuring hardwood flooring and a gas fireplace. Large eat-in kitchen with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, and pantry. Unfortunately, no additional pets (I have 2 dogs) will be allowed. The room comes with a Queen Bed, so just bring some linens, the full bathroom is attached to your room so it will be your own private bathroom. Common areas will be shared and washers/dryers will be shared as well. House has a two-car garage (the ability to have a designated spot in the garage can be discussed) and a large backyard. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy, or to mingle. Smokers are welcome but will need to smoke outside, I do not enjoy the inside smelling like smoke. No preference on male or female as long as everyone respects everyone else, and no preference on age. I love to cook, and grill, and id like to say I'm pretty good at it haha. I spend my free time with my dogs (they are love bugs by the way, they'll love you to death), being outdoors, doing some photography, or just relaxing.
