Hey Denver folks! I am looking for an awesome couple or 2 friends to rent out a private basement apartment. This is a private unit with covered parking, full Kitchen, bathroom, living room, 2 bedrooms (1 could be an office) and in unit laundry. The lease length is flexible! A 12 month agreement would be preferred. The unit is open on June 1st 2025! We have a super great location by DU and Wash Park. Our neighborhood is very safe and generally quiet. We do have roommates upstairs in the main part of the house as well, but this is totally separate from the downstairs. The house is walking distance to the light rail. We have an awesome garden in the backyard that we are happy to share with you. (We love cooking (two chefs in the house!) and finally we are very clean so please don't consider this an option if you are not clean. Everyone in the upstairs unit is 30 years old. We currently have 1 girl and 1 guy living up there. Please send me a message for more details and if you are a good fit, I am happy to show you the unit ASAP! The Rent is $2,000 per month and this does not include utilities, typically these are around $75 per month per person. Monthly rent does not include utilities! The pet policy is flexible, but I prefer no pets, we can talk this over upon meeting your pet.
