The property is quiet and off the street a little ways. So a lot of privacy. It is a duplex and so you have one neighbor. There is no garage. The three neighboring lots are also owned by the landlord. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. I am NOT interested in selling the property or doing a rent to own. Please let me know when you want to move in when you send a message. I am looking for someone to move in ASAP.
