Private bedroom on second floor with large closet and shared bathroom. House is orderly and clean and we are looking for a roommate who fits into our lifestyle. There are currently three of us living in the home and we are looking for a fourth roommate. We also have two small dogs who are friendly and love to play or cuddle. We are not open to any more pets at this time. The ideal roommate for us would be able to clean up after themselves, be respectful and communicative if any issues arise, be friendly, and be financially responsible. Rent is 700 per month plus utilities. These would either be split equally or I will offer a flat rate if that is easier for you.
