Month-to-month lease through April 2026. - Damage & Cleaning: Tenants are responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, or repairs needed after departure. Costs will be deducted from the deposit. - Pets: Cats are not allowed. Dogs may be approved with an additional deposit and monthly fee. - Parking: Limit of 2 vehicles total. 1 vehicle may be parked in the designated parking spot near the condo. 1 additional vehicle may be parked in the nearby overflow parking area. All vehicles must be registered, running, and in good working order. - Maintenance: Tenants must report maintenance needs promptly.
