Our newly renovated, $2mil mansion has a fully stocked home gym and a gorgeous yard with picnic tables, flowers, hammocks, a trampoline, a fertile avocado tree, and a stage! We recommend street parking, but there's a small paid lot in the back for an extra $100/mo if you prefer. The neighborhood is amazing and so walkable to EVERYTHING including Griffith Park. This is the most walkable neighborhood I've lived in in LA.
