great starter home,the floors need refinishing but the are wood.ceiling fans in every room.central air and heat.gas connection in garage for dryer and facets for washer.Covered patio,nice shaded yard with fruit trees,storage shed,fenced back yard.the eves on the outside of the home need to be replaced but the house is solid.lived there for 33 years but needed to move out of state.
